
Reduce the impact of your shame
Shame; the overwhelming sensations which just comes over us and stripping us of any self-confidence and preventing connection with ourselves and others.
In my first blog on shame, I explored what shame is and why some of us are plagued with it. In my second blog I looked at the difference ways we experience our shame and how we can feed it. In this blog on shame, I am looking at how we can learn to reduce its impact, and even though it may still lurk waiting to be triggered, we can ensure it no longer has any power us and doesn’t prevent us from being all we can be.
